After setting up Meta Conversions API Gateway, you’ll begin a 28-day free trial period. This guide will walk you through the journey from your trial to choosing a paid plan, ensuring uninterrupted service for your Meta CAPI Gateway.

Trial Period Overview

• Duration: 28 days
• Features: Full access to Meta CAPI Gateway
• Notifications: Regular reminders about trial expiry and subscription options

Note: After the trial period ends, signal transmission through Meta CAPI Gateway will cease unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

During Your Trial (With complete Setup including Sub Domain)

After the CAPI Gateway setup is completed, the user sees a timeline banner displaying the number of days remaining in their free trial along with the option of upgrading within the trial period itself.

If the user clicks on the upgrade link, a pop-up window appears showing the available plan details. Click on Proceed.

Fill the Billing Details


Add your card details to enable the subscription.

Once a subscription is active, notification banner from the top is removed.

When the trial period ends, the timeline banner updates to show “Free Trial Expired” and includes a link to upgrade to a paid plan.
